Essentially this means that instead of getting up the nerve to film your videos on different days, you can do them all in the same session.

The Sweet Sheet that has the list of your awesomeness is from Module 1, Lesson 1.
It may be an exercise you SKIPPED – cuz it’s hard to write down what’s awesome about yourself.
Now’s the time to light a candle, put on some Enya, say a Hail Mary and just write that list.
If it helps, pretend you’re one of your loved ones… What would THEY say is awesome about you?
